Returns

We can only accept returns if the fabric is faulty.  This is due to the order being a bespoke item (cut to order). Fabric can not be returned or exchanged.  Claims cannot be accepted after cutting or further processing of the fabric.  

All fabric should be checked on arrival and any issue must be notified via email - kjsfabricshed@gmail.com within 3 days of receipt and if deemed faulty must be returned uncut, unmarked and unwashed within 14 days, no refund will be made if items are received after this time.  

Items are returned at your cost, this cost will not be refunded. Items should be returned to:  KJ's Fabric Shed, 4 Mirfield Road, Grimsby, N.E. Lincs, DN32 0AW.  There will be a restocking charge of 25% to cover our handling fee and restocking expenses.

Fabrics bought by the metre are checked and photographed prior to packing and will be free of all faults, if there is a join in the fabric we will always provide extra to accommodate this. If you require a continual length of more than 10 metres without a join please let us know and we will try and sort this for you.
