FAQ

Can I get a fabric sample?

Yes.  Just get in touch and we can arrange.

 

Is your Shed open to the Public?

Yes.  You can pop along to the Shed and take a look and to

collect your orders.  Please note though,

visiting is strictly by appointment only, please call us and

we will open up for you. Remember though, just because you have an appointment, you are under no obligation

to buy, just come have a look around.

How do I order?

You can order on our website or direct from the Shed.

How do I pay?

We accept all major credit and debit cards on the website and can

accept cash in the Shed.

​

Will my order come in one length?

Yes, we sell all our fabrics by the metre.  Anything over a metre will be a

continuous length.

​

Do you sell full rolls of fabric?

Not as standard, but please get in touch and we can discuss this.

​

Do you deliver outside of the UK?

Unfortunately, International shipping is not currently an option.

Do you accept returns?

Please see our delivery & returns sections for further information.

Will fabrics appear exactly as they do in the photos?

We try very hard to give you a true to life colour of the fabrics on our website.  The colours on this website will be affected by your device/monitor, which is out of our control.  If you are unsure, we offer a sample service, we

strongly advise you to use this service if you require a particular colour before you place an order.

If I place 2 orders, can my postage be combined?

They can, if you let us know within 2 hours that you will be placing another order.  After this time your order will be packed and ready for dispatch.  If you let us know you want to place another order, we will send you a website

code to alter the delivery charge.

What should I do if there is a problem with my order?

Just get in touch with us straight away and we will be happy to help you resolve the issue.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn't been processed, we will be able to change it or cancel it. 

Please note, If your order has already been cut, dispatched or delivered no cancellation can be made.  Please see T&C's for further information.

Are your fabrics fire retardant?

No, unless we state that they are.

​

What if my fabric is faulty?

All orders are checked and photographed prior to dispatch to ensure everything is ok.  If however you have an issue, please get in touch.

What are your delivery charges?

All our charges can be found in our delivery & returns section.  Orders over £40.00 are delivered free,

all orders under £40.00 are a set £3.50  Collection is available from our Shed to save you the delivery charge.  

We will call you once your order is ready and arrange a suitable time for collection.
